- Click the New Payment button on the top right of the screen.
- Complete the payment form with the following information:
- Amount (Minimum amount is $50 and maximum amount is $2000)
- Description (A description of the payment)
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email (Optional)
- Phone Number
Check the information is correct before proceeding to click Create New Payment. This will create the payment and redirect you to the order page. You will see the order marked as Registered.
- The customer will be sent an SMS with a link to register or login to OneCash to complete the payment.
If the customer does not receive an SMS within 30 seconds, click Resend Customer Link to resend the link to the customer's phone.
If there is a mistake in the payment information, click Cancel Payment below to cancel the payment.
- Once the customer has completed their payment on OneCash, refresh the current order page to view payment order. The order will now be marked as Settled at the bottom of the payment receipt.
